The Thinking Hotel's Visionary Spy has compiled a report documenting some key research insights found in the process of Change Play Business and its impact on players 8 months after experiencing this highly intense and self-satisfactory transformational game.
As part of a research initiative between The Thinking Hotel and MA Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins, our Visionary Spy / Innovation Researcher (who specializes in combining Game Play / Gamification and Business Process Innovation) has led a 15 month research project which includes a case study of Change Play Business. This case study focuses on identifying the effective use of game mechanics to increase motivation and engagement, thereby studying the impact of Change Play Business on diverse group of professionals who participated at the Lisbon event in 14-15 July, 2011.
